Company History

In 1999, Raymond Brooks, CPA and Willis Cook, CPA joined others and co-founded MaxRecall Technologies, Inc. The founding premise of MaxRecall was to develop a document management solution suite that would not only archive documents electronically but facilitate business processes based upon industry Best Practices. MaxRecall’s mission is drive enterprise efficiencies by putting documents to work throughout the business operations of its customers Drawing from their professional Business Process Consulting experiences, Raymond and Willis make significant contributions to the ongoing functional design and enhancements of the MaxRecall document-based process facilitation and automation platform.

Raymond Brooks, Chief Executive Officer

Raymond has over thirty years of public accounting experience focused on entrepreneurial enterprises, business process consulting, mergers and acquisitions, private capital management and equity investing. Raymond’s business career began when he joined the national firm of BDO Seidman, where he was active in the firm’s tax and audit services provided to their manufacturing, distribution and retail industry market segments. Mr. Brooks formed a privately held investment banking company specializing in mergers & acquisitions and investment syndications. The success of this company led to the formation of the certified public accounting firm of Brooks, Cook & Associates, LLC, a firm that specializes in providing tax and auditing services for privately held companies
