On-premise software deployments can be a good fit for organizations with the resources to manage and maintain their own IT infrastructure. MaxRecall offers software models for those customers desiring on-premise deployment
Customer Data Center
Many customers use an outsourced data center facility managed by a third-party service provider where they house their IT infrastructure and data storage needs. MaxRecall software can easily be deployed in a customer data center.

The MaxRecall cloud data center hosts the MaxRecall software platform for a collection of customers. Our scalable virtual platform is designed to optimize efficiency and security.
Fully Compliant
The physically secure multilocation data center provides state of the art redundancy and physical protection. Cybersecurity includes encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and compliance with standards like PCI and SOC 2 to safeguard data and applications.
Off-Site Data Backup
MaxRecall conducts nightly full or differential backups of all virtual machines. A complete copy of each virtual machine, including its operating system, applications, and data is included in each backup. This process supports a straightforward restoration process should the need occur. Periodically all backup data is transferred to an offsite data center for additional security and safe guarding.
