The Document Retrieval module provides consistent and secure access to all documents stored in the MaxRecall System. The document viewer provides powerful search methods to quickly locate necessary documents. Users can search for documents by any number of keyword fields, such as date or invoice number, or with a customizable query for common searches, e.g. check approval. Once a document is displayed in the viewer, other relevant records can be quickly retrieved based on pre-defined document links. This allows all documents related to a specific transaction to be quickly viewed at once. Role-based security ensures that all employees have access to required documents while still maintaining database integrity. MaxRecall is designed to seamlessly integrate with your ERP software. Users can launch and access documents from MaxRecall automatically from within their ERP system interface. MaxRecall provides the power to find and view business critical documents quickly and easily, streamlining your business processes.
