Raymond Brooks, Chairman & CEO
Raymond has over thirty years of public accounting experience focusing on merger & acquisitions, private capital management and equity investing. In 1973 Raymond joined the National firm of BDO Seidman, where he was active in firm’s tax and audit services provided to their manufacturing, distribution and retail industry market segments. In 1977 Mr. Brooks formed a privately held investment banking company specializing in mergers & accusations and investment syndications. The success of this company led to the formation in 1980 of the certified public accounting firm of Brooks, Cook & Associates, LLC, a firm that specializes in providing tax and auditing services. He is presently the managing partner of the firm. Mr. Brooks is also the managing director of Brooks & Cook Venture Partners, an investment firm that focuses on early stage equity investments and management consulting services for S.E. based technology and manufacturing companies.
Lori Hanken, VP Sales & Business Developmentr
Lori Hanken has over 20 years of ERP Software sales, development and implementation experience in the distribution industry. Prior to joining MaxRecall, Lori was President of Pivotal Systems, an ERP solutions implementation company, where she was responsible for the strategic marketing, sales and professional services. Ms. Hanken over saw the growth of Pivotal
from an early stage company to a dominate supplier of ERP solutions to the SMB distribution industry.
Ms. Hanken held the office of Vice President of IDCPA (Distribution Channel Partner Association), a position responsible for working directly with ERP Solution Provider’s Product Management to provide feedback on product direction from the channel and channel customers.
Timothy J. Shearer, Advisory Board Member
Mr. Shearer is CEO at B2B Workforce Inc. Mr. Shearer has over 20 years in various finance and technology roles that have focused on the application of technology to solve business issues for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. His experience has focused on ERP implementations, financial and supply chain process reengineering, advanced technology customer solutions and document management projects. In addition to his applied technology experience, Mr. Shearer has served in treasury management roles as Division Controller for a Fortune 100 company. Mr. Shearer also serves on the Board of Advisors for two AACSB accredited Business Schools. He holds a BS in Business Administrations and an MBA.
Paul A. Morris, Advisory Board Member
Paul Morris serves as Vice President for McKesson Corporation. Mr. Morris oversees the delivery of all internal and external reporting strategies for the Physician Services organization. Previously, Mr. Morris served as General Manager and Senior Vice President of CDI, a $12 M Practice Management ASP solution owned by McKesson. Mr. Morris has more than 20 years software industry career experience, including key leadership positions in software development, strategic account management, business/channel development, and professional services.
Prior to Per-Se, Mr. Morris was Senior Vice President for Geac Enterprise Solutions (formerly Dunn & Bradstreet Software) where, responsible for the $65 M North American Consulting Division. Before rejoining Geac, he served as Director of Professional Services at Internet Security Systems
Morris earned a bachelor’s degree in Information/Computer Science and Mathematics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. Resides in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
